It came back to me slowly (part two)

Installed at Smack Mellon in 2006, the Old American Can Factory in 2008, and the Newtown Creek Barge Playground in 2015, the brick wall in this case was “seeded” with a pervasive amount of small red dots, each handmade by winding short lengths of red wire into a tiny knotted ball. The composition of the dots was entirely determined by the geography of the bricks. There were more and less concentrated areas, but the piece disappeared several feet away from the wall, making it impossible to perceive the entire work at once or determine its overall dimensions.
